We want you to love every drop of our goat milk skincare, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half-full to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.

Pack Your Goat Milk Goodies

Carefully package your items in their original box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the products are secure, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Wait

Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it at a local post office; once received at our farm, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
